Orlando, June 15, 2010: QAI (www.qaiglobal.com)(www.qaiglobalinstitute.com), the global leader in consulting and competency development, addressing the space of 'operational excellence' in IT and knowledge intensive industry, has recently announced its increased focus on Vietnam. It foresees great potential in the territory for growth and has decided to invest heavily in building Information and Communication Technology (ICT) competencies in Vietnam, the second largest country in the South East Asia.

The Ministry of Information and Communication (MoIC) has set its highest growth rate target of 14% to be reached by 2020.
