William E. Perry, Founder
William E. Perry founded the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) in 1980 and was the Executive Director of the institute for 28 years. Prior to QAI, Mr. Perry spent 15 years with the Eastman Kodak Company in various MIS management positions.
Management Team
QAI's management team includes:
- Navyug Mohnot, CEO
- Navyug Mohnot is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. After his B.Tech from IIT, he went to the US on a fellowship, to do a PhD from the University of Rochester. He returned to India and set up QAI India to evangelize the concepts of Process and Quality. Over the years, QAI has pioneered the deployment of best practices in the area of Operational Excellence.
- Thomas Ticknor, COO
- Thomas Ticknor has over 25 years of experience in IT software development and quality. Thomas has a wide range of experience including management of product design teams, development teams, software QA and testing departments.
- Dan He, Chief Mentor, China
- Dan He has over 15 years of experience in software and system development, quality initiatives of process improvement and expertise in CMMI implementation. Dan is SEISM Authorized SCAMPI High Maturity Lead AppraiserSM. Dan is also the first CSQA in China.
