William E. Perry founded the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) in 1980 and was the Executive Director of the institute for 28 years. Prior to QAI, Mr. Perry spent 15 years with the Eastman Kodak Company in various MIS management positions.

Kamlesh Kothari has around 25 years of experience in software engineering, managing process improvement services and advising leading organizations in India and abroad on designing process frameworks.

Dan He has over 15 years of experience in software and system development, quality initiatives of process improvement and expertise in CMMI implementation. Dan is SEISM Authorized SCAMPI High Maturity Lead AppraiserSM. Dan is also the first CSQA in China.
