The Program Management Office (PMO) enables organizations to co evolve along with the vendor a robust process framework for managing project delivery activities- of varied type of projects (eg Dev, Test, Maintenance), size and complexity right from the initial stages of outsourcing planning, project execution to project closure . This paper addresses as how to a process centric PMO framework can be used to bring about a transformation of delivery excellence from just meeting customer expectation to exceeding customer expectations.
